Terms of Service

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern access to and use of the RogerioGT social media scheduling service operated at https://social.rogeriogt.com (the “Service”), a social media scheduling and publishing tool operated by Rogerio Martinez (“we”, “us”, or “our”).

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Eligibility and Access

The Service is intended for the operator and authorized users only. You must be at least 13 years old (or the minimum age required by the platforms you connect) and must use the Service in compliance with all applicable laws and the terms of any third-party platform you connect.

3. The Service

The Service allows users to connect social media accounts, including TikTok, Facebook, Instagram, Threads, LinkedIn, YouTube, X (Twitter), and Google Business Profile, to compose, schedule, and publish content. When you connect an account and schedule a post, you authorize the Service to transmit your content and related metadata to that platform and to publish it on your behalf, using the permissions you grant during the connection process.

4. Third-Party Platforms (including TikTok)

The Service integrates with third-party platforms such as TikTok, Facebook, Instagram, Threads, LinkedIn, YouTube, X, and Google Business Profile through their official APIs. By connecting a platform account, you also agree to that platform’s terms and policies (for TikTok, the TikTok Terms of Service and Community Guidelines). You represent that you own or are authorized to manage the accounts you connect. Content published through the Service must comply with the connected platform’s rules; we do not alter your content with watermarks or promotional branding.

The Service’s use of TikTok is limited to the features you enable: reading the basic account information needed to display your connected account, and uploading or directly publishing the videos and photos you schedule.

5. Your Content and Responsibilities

You retain ownership of the content you upload. You are solely responsible for the content you schedule or publish through the Service and for ensuring you hold all necessary rights to that content.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Service to: (a) violate any law or platform policy; (b) publish spam, deceptive, or infringing content; (c) attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service or other users’ accounts; or (d) interfere with the operation of the Service.

7. Availability and Termination

The Service is provided on a best-effort basis and may be modified, suspended, or discontinued at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for misuse. You may stop using the Service at any time and disconnect your connected accounts.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted or error-free, or that scheduled content will be published at the exact time requested.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of data, content, or profits arising from your use of the Service.

10. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The updated version will be posted on this page with a revised “Last updated” date. Continued use of the Service after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
