This Privacy Policy explains how the RogerioGT social media scheduling service at https://social.rogeriogt.com (the “Service”), operated by Rogerio Martinez, collects, uses, stores, and deletes information when you use the Service, including when you connect third-party accounts such as TikTok, Facebook, Instagram, Threads, LinkedIn, YouTube, X (Twitter), or Google Business Profile.

1. Information We Collect and Access

Account information: the email address and name used to register for the Service.
Connected platform data: when you connect a social account (e.g., TikTok, Facebook, Instagram, Threads, or LinkedIn), we receive and store access tokens and basic account information needed to operate the integration. For TikTok this includes your account identifier (open ID), display name, and avatar; for Meta platforms (Facebook, Instagram, Threads) it includes your account and page identifiers, names, and basic profile information. Profile and engagement statistics are accessed only if the corresponding permissions are enabled.
Content and media: the posts, captions, videos, and images you upload or schedule through the Service.

2. How We Use Information

To operate the Service: display your connected accounts, schedule posts, and upload or publish your content to the platforms you connect.
To maintain security and troubleshoot errors.

We do not sell personal information, and we do not use it for advertising. Data received from connected platforms is used solely to provide the scheduling and publishing features you enable, consistent with each platform’s developer terms and policies (for TikTok: TikTok’s Developer Terms of Service and Platform Policies; for Meta: the Meta Platform Terms).

3. Storage and Security

Data is stored on our servers. Platform access tokens are kept confidential and protected with access controls; access to stored data is limited to the operator of the Service. We use HTTPS for all communication with the Service.

4. Sharing of Information

We share information only with the platforms you choose to connect, and only as necessary to provide the Service (for example, transmitting a scheduled video to TikTok, or a scheduled post to Facebook, Instagram, Threads, or LinkedIn, so it can be published to your account). We do not share your information with other third parties for marketing or any other purpose.

5. Retention and Deletion

You can disconnect any connected platform at any time from within the Service; disconnecting removes the stored access tokens for that platform. To request deletion of your account and associated data, contact us using the email below and we will delete it, except where retention is required by law.

6. Children’s Privacy

The Service is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect information from children under 13.

7. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The updated version will be posted on this page with a revised “Last updated” date.
